Over the weekend, i manage to learn to make nasi dagang & kerutup ayam.....from ,y mum, who is fond in cooking....well not that hard...
sekali sekala entry memasak pulak... asyik2 baking je....
tuang santan & kacau sebati...kukus semula...
keluarkan sekali lagi... campurkan dengan bawang kecil & halia. gaul rata...
keep in the rice cooker to keep warm until serving time..
unfortuneately folk, i forgot to take photo of the kerutup ayam in the making....
